A more embodied way to work with change.

Helping you feel more connected to yourself, more aware of what you need, and better able to respond to what’s happening in your life.

Why I Work This Way

I spent two decades working in high-pressure creative environments before I really understood what constant output was doing to me.

For a long time, my answer was to keep going. Work harder. Push through. Find a better way to perform.

What changed things was realising that the pressure wasn’t only something I was thinking about. I was carrying it in my body too. That led me into years of studying yoga, somatics, meditation and energy practices, including extended training in India.

It also changed the way I paid attention. When you spend years solving problems for a living, it becomes very easy to approach everything from the head. Learning to slow down and notice what was happening internally helped me recognise things I would otherwise have missed, and begin trusting my own intuition more.

That is a big part of why I do this work now. You can understand a problem intellectually and still feel that there is something else going on underneath it. Sometimes it takes a different perspective, more awareness of what is happening in the body, and enough space to notice what you have been moving past.

You definitely do not need to leave your life behind and go to India to figure any of this out.

Sometimes having the space to look at something differently is enough to begin shifting it.

That is the approach I bring to Conscious Coaching.

What happens in a session

We begin by talking through what you want to focus on and giving it some space.

From there, the session can stay conversational or move into a practice, depending on what comes up.

Toward the end, we take a moment to notice what has shifted, what feels clearer, and anything you want to carry with you afterwards.

What you may leave with

  • A different perspective on what you’re dealing with

  • More awareness of what’s happening in the body and mind

  • Practical tools or practices you can use afterwards

  • More space around a decision or situation

  • A clearer sense of where you want to go from here

FAQs

Do I need to know what kind of support I need?

No. We start with what’s going on for you and shape the session from there.

Every session is different. We might spend most of the time talking something through, or bring in movement, breath, somatic practice, meditation, Reiki or tools from SHIFT. The approach depends on what we’re working with and what seems useful as the session develops.

What can happen in a 1:1 coaching session?

Can I book more than one session?

Yes. You can start with a single session or choose a 4-session series for more continuity.

That depends on what you’re working through. Some people prefer weekly sessions, while others leave more space between them.

How often should we meet?

What’s the difference between online and in-person sessions?

The overall approach is the same. In-person sessions allow for more hands-on and body-based work, while online sessions focus on conversation, guidance and practices that work well remotely.
