Refund & Cancellation Policy

1:1 Sessions

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice at no charge.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, are charged in full.

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

4-Session Series

Once a 4-session series has begun, completed sessions are non-refundable.

Unused sessions must be used within the validity period stated at purchase. Unused sessions are not transferable unless agreed in writing.

If I need to end the engagement, any unused prepaid sessions will be refunded.

Reiki + Sound Healing

The same 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to Reiki and sound healing appointments.

Complimentary Consultations

There is no charge for a complimentary consultation. If you cannot attend, please cancel or reschedule so the time can be made available to someone else.

Cancellations by Me

If I need to cancel or reschedule, I will offer another time or refund the affected session in full.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
