Information I Collect
When you contact me or book a complimentary consultation, I may collect your name, email address, phone number and anything you choose to share about what brings you to the work.
When you book a paid service, I may also collect information needed to manage your appointment and payment. Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers and is not directly stored by me.
During Integrated 1:1 Sessions, Reiki or Sound Healing sessions, you may choose to share information relating to your wellbeing, work, relationships, personal circumstances or other sensitive matters.
I may keep limited session notes where useful for continuity.
When you join an email list, download a resource or sign up for information about SHIFT, I may collect your name and email address.
When you visit this website, Squarespace and related services may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages viewed and cookie information.
How I Use Your Information
I use personal information to:
provide and manage booked services
respond to enquiries
maintain continuity between sessions
process payments and maintain business records
deliver requested emails, resources or updates
operate and improve the website
comply with applicable legal and tax obligations
I do not sell your personal information.
I do not use your personal information to make automated decisions about you.
Sensitive Information
Because of the nature of my work, you may voluntarily share information relating to health, wellbeing or other personal circumstances.
I only use this information for the purpose for which you shared it, such as providing the session or service you requested.
Please do not provide information that you do not feel comfortable sharing.
Who I Share Information With
I use third-party services where necessary to operate the practice, including:

Session Privacy
Information shared during private sessions is treated with care and discretion.
My services are not psychotherapy or medical treatment and do not create therapist-client, doctor-patient or attorney-client privilege.
Sessions are not recorded without prior agreement.
How Long I Keep Information
I keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including legal, tax, business and client-record requirements.
Session notes are periodically reviewed and securely deleted when no longer needed.
Email subscribers remain on the mailing list until they unsubscribe.
Your Choices
You may contact me to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information I hold about you, subject to any information I am legally required to retain.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided.
Where applicable, additional rights may be available under state or other privacy laws.
Security
I take reasonable steps to protect personal information, including limiting access, using password-protected accounts and devices, and using established third-party providers.
The FTC recommends businesses collect only what they need, protect retained information and securely dispose of data that is no longer required.
Children
My personal services are intended for adults.
I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
